On March 4, BICSI, the professional association supporting the advancement of the information and communications technology (ICT) community, announced that John D. Clark, Jr., CAE, the association’s CEO and Executive Director, is retiring effective December 31, 2019, when his contract expires. Clark has held the position since 2008.
