The Ethernet Alliance announced it will be hosting a virtual booth at the online BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition, Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2020. The global consortium dedicated to the advancement of Ethernet technologies seeks to connect with the BICSI professional association’s information and communications technology (ICT) experts focused on building infrastructure, and engage them in its activities in areas such as operational technology (OT) networks and Power over Ethernet (PoE).
BICSI has rescheduled the 2020 BICSI Europe, Middle East & Africa Conference & Exhibition in Dubai from 13-15 April to 6-8 September 2020.
OFC 2020 began yesterday, despite California declaring a state of emergency and cancellations among exhibit hall and conference participants. In response to the growing concerns over the spread out of the Coronavirus the OFC Steering Committee and Program and General Chairs are using infrastructure enabled by the OFC community to allow for virtual technical participation by the international community that has been impacted by the Coronavirus. OFC, The Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition, is the premier international event for the latest advances in optical communications and networking. The conference starts March 8th in San Diego.
