101 Series: What is Modal Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is determine using maximum capacity of a fiber link transmitting bits of data. In fiber Specification, fiber specify modal bandwidth, or effective modal bandwidth (EMB). A specific fiber transmits how much data at a particular given wavelength is referred by multimode fiber.
