I really hope you’re not sick of this “edge” term yet, because edge solutions aren’t going anywhere. Edge computing is something I’ve been discussing quite a bit and have done a lot of research around as well. Before we go on too much further, let’s start with a high-level definition of the edge. The goal of Edge Computing is to allow an organization to process data and services as close to the end-user as possible.
