The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the leading association representing the manufacturers and suppliers of high-tech communications networks, today announced the launch of the Edge Data Center Working Group. The new group brings together carriers, data center owners, equipment and cabling suppliers, consultants, auditing firms, and others, to establish standards and best practices for the mass scale operation of edge data centers.
