Facebook has a tradition of hiding its identity as long as possible when negotiating to build data centers, but project “Sidecat” in New Albany, OH, has been revealed to be a Facebook project. The 900,000 square foot data centeris expected to open in 2022. It is expected to create 1,000 temporary construction jobs and 50 permanent ones.
