Belden, Corning Optical Communications bury IP hatchet, will now collaborate on broadband connectivity technology

Belden and Corning Optical Communications have forged an agreement to collaborate on furthering solutions for global broadband connectivity technology deployments.

In a joint press release, the companies said, “PPC Broadband Inc. (PPC), a brand of Belden (NYSE: BDC), and Corning Optical Communications RF LLC, a subsidiary of Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW), are pleased to announce an important technical collaboration in the broadband connectivity field. This global technical collaboration encompasses a range of connectivity inventions, and creates broader availability of connectivity solutions for system operators worldwide.”
