TR-42.7 Engineering Committee on Telecommunications Copper Cabling Systems (568) has issued a call for interest for document TIA-1152-A, initially titled “Requirements for Field Test Instruments and Measurements for Balanced Twisted-Pair Cabling.” TR-42.7 is developing guidelines that will incorporate new specifications and other information as required to support field testing of cabling described in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2-1.
