On May 25, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) published the NEMA VE 1-2017 Metal Cable Tray Systems standard. NEMA VE 1 specifies requirements for metal cable trays and associated fittings designed for use in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, and the National Electrical Code. It is harmonized with Canadian Standards Association Publication CSA C22.2 No. 126.1.
